Kate is a graduate of Red Deer College’s Legal Assistant Real Estate Program in addition to being a certified paralegal. As a senior paralegal, she provides litigation support to the firm in complex multi-party litigation in addition to providing electronic document management support.
She has over 20 years legal experience serving initially as a judicial clerk with the Government of Alberta and then as legal assistant for several law firms prior to joining Rana Law. In 2006, Kate founded Kerans Virtual Assistance which provides specialized online consulting services to small businesses with a focus on the legal industry.
